Happy Bodies - Movement Classes
Moving bodies are happy bodies - this is true for me, and that's why I teach these classes. I've been learning since 2016 and teaching since 2020. Most of my classes are online, but I also offer a hybrid class in Delhi, because it's just SO nice to exercise outdoors!
The USP of my classes is a safe, steady progression of exercises, designed with your body in mind. I keep changing the workouts so that you are constantly learning and developing your body and mind and their connection. I understand how your everyday life (hunching over a laptop, standing, sports, dance etc.) may have resulted in muscle tightness or weakness, and we address these, so that you can bring your body into a more balanced state.

To start any class with me, I recommend that you book a 1-on-1 assessment session. It helps me understand your needs in detail. This helps us make a plan of action for you, find the right class, and get more out of the classes. It's also a great way to see how I work and whether you feel comfortable moving forward. I provide a brief report and exercise recommendations based on where you are right now.
Assessment Session
I ask questions to understand your history, any injuries or illnesses that you deal with. I also check your posture and alignment on a video call, and see how your body responds to basic exercises. You can share what you want out of these classes, what kind of daily schedule, work, and stress you face. I will recommend a set of exercises for you to do based on my understanding, and we can try to match you to an appropriate class if you want. As I teach you exercises, you will get a chance to see my method, and if you like it and want to go ahead.
Strength Training Basics
Supervised, custom, varied workouts!
If you have done some sport/yoga/other activity in the past, and now you want to learn strength training, learn the correct form and posture, and go at a safe and effective pace, then this is the class for you.

Move for mental health
For beginners - if exercise and you have not been friends lately or ever... and you want to try out a new approach, in which you listen to your body and your energy levels and go at a nice comfortable pace, then this is the class for you.
Currently I have a group for those who need structure and support to begin a movement program to recover from chronic stress and illnesses, anxiety, depression resulting from such chronic stress.
