Project Integrate

This flagship program combines a guided fuctional fitness class with supportive counseling and a community weekly meeting.

Do you sometimes find yourself too stressed out, fatigued or low to motivate yourself to exercise? Of course, we all do. Even when we know that exercise will increase our energy levels and reduce stress. Sometimes we need rest, sometimes to talk to someone, sometimes to be in the company of people who will understand. This program is designed to support you as a whole, on good days and bad.

There are workout and meditation sessions available, you can attend all or just a few. If you only want to do the workouts, or only the meditation, that is okay as well. It depends on what suits you.

You can use the counseling as a short-term therapy session if there is something bothering you that you want to talk about, OR you can use it to work towards your health goals.

You can use this program at the pace you are comfortable with. You may want to take the pressure off and do what is fun, and someone may want to push themselves. We can discuss your approach in our counseling sessions. My experience of teaching these exercise classes over the last two years has shown me every person's needs are unique and changing. So this program is made to be completely customizable, and support you in different ways.
